Help! !!Product and Food Safety Violations--Case ID 17854321451

My listing was suddenly removed on 22th May and said that my product violated product and food safety. I donnot know what went wrong. We read the related policy carefully and we believe that our product don’t have that risk.

Contact customer service and send the battery testing report, six sided diagram etc all the related test report. But i received a reply from customer service “ it is prohibited from sale and listing on Amazon. At this time, we will not be reviewing any documents for this product “

We have been waiting for a long time but there is still no any explanation. Would you please help me? The case ID is 17854321451

I see about 7-8 posts not just about this problem, but with almost identical wording (including mis-spelled words).

What is going on? Are you posting under different names to try to get attention? (Hint: if so, it's more likely to get people to not want to help).

Or are you using some sort of template from some "guru" that you are paying?

Sure, others encounter the same problem. But when they all use the EXACT same wording, it's suspicious to say the least.

Why not ask your guru who is providing the template? Or if you're copying from the other posters, you could just wait to see the response to them, since your problem is EXACTLY the same.

Something more is going on that random sellers having similar problems.

At this time I'm currently still investigating but at this time there is no option to appeal or provide documentation for this product.
