Report violation with a test buy, but Amazon still doesn't remove the scam seller's listing.
I conducted test buys, received the fake products in my listing, and created a case under "product not as described".
I listed a few notes on why the products are not authentic, but Amazon is still unwilling to remove the listings.
This is very frustrating cuz those test buys are fulfilled by Amazon.
Amazon could investigate if the products are legit in their FBA warehouse. They don't seem to care and take an extra step.
Does test buy still work to report those scammers? I feel it like a joke now.
