This case is still no reply and my business on Amazon is ruining now.

I would like to request Amazon to remove the high return rate labels for all ASINs in this link for the following reasons:

1. We have greatly improved the quality and fit of the shoes

2. Amazon's high return label rules show that if the return rate of the seller's link continues to improve, even if it does not reach the average return rate of the category, the link will be removed from the high return rate label in advance. I do meet the requirements at present, so please help me remove the high return rate label.

3. My product is in shoes category. There are many socks shoes in this category, but my product type is a sports shoe-like shoe with a mesh upper, which is more ductile. So my shoes will naturally have a higher return rate than socks shoes. Socks fit better than shoes. If I am labeled with a high return rate for this reason, it will be too difficult for me to do business.

4. Due to the convenience of Amazon returns, the return shipping fee is borne by the seller, which leads to buyers often buying two or three pairs of shoes, and then keeping the pair that fits and returning the others. This is also part of the reason for the high return rate.
