United Kingdom Seller Account Review

Hi Everyone,

My United Kingdom account started to being reviewed with below e-mail without being suspended. I am adding mails and my appeals as italic and underlined and my comments as bold.

Your Amazon seller account has been placed under temporary review. This review period will provide us time to confirm delivery of your recent seller-fulfilled orders. The review period should not exceed 30 days. While your account is under review, your seller-fulfilled offers have been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/G1791). Funds will remain in your account, but you will not be able to receive any disbursements during the review period.

After I sent a appeal, I received another mail which asked from me proof of deliveries of my orders. Since I have 17 orders, I sent screenshots of cargo tracking page which states delivered.After that, I received below mail.

What is happening?

We do not have enough information to reinstate your account for one or more of the following reasons:

-- Evidence of delivery or verify that currently uploaded tracking information is correct. Tracking information may be provided in the Manage Orders section of your seller account. This may include buyer confirmation of receipt or proof-of-delivery documentation.

if that was your appeal, it doesn’t actually address anything Amazon have asked of you. It’s all incredibly vague and you write about things like customer service, product policies and return policies. They haven’t even asked about that.

  • did you upload tracking information on your orders at the point of marking despatched?
  • they have asked for invoices to show you have stock. Has this been supplied?

if that was your appeal, it doesn’t actually address anything Amazon have asked of you. It’s all incredibly vague and you write about things like customer service, product policies and return policies. They haven’t even asked about that.

  • did you upload tracking information on your orders at the point of marking despatched?
  • they have asked for invoices to show you have stock. Has this been supplied?
