Managing director email still operating as usual
Anybody aware if the managingdirector@amazon.co.uk email is still a thing?
I tried emailing them as seller support are not responding to an outstanding case but all that happened was another case was created which has now also been left unanswered.
Usually a case is not created in case log but I get a reply from the managing director email team, obviously this has not happened this time.

Yes it is working, I raised an email with the MD team last Wednesday and got a reply on Friday.
A case was created in the case log for the email I sent
They seem to be slower at answering just at the moment…guess they are having a lot more queries being sent their way.
