Buyer wants to withdraw an A to Z claim but the problem is that he has already been refunded by Amazon.
Is that possile and if yes, would I get my money back?

We have had that happen recently. It took a lot of appealing. Are you communicating with the buyer through Amazon's messaging system? It took about a month of back and forth fighting the claim, but in the end, it was closed, and we did get the money back.

Yes, your buyer can withdraw their claim, and you may appeal any claim decision, making sure to communicate any relevant documents needed for the review within buyer seller messaging as @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9indicated!
