Hello, need help please:
Received this Jan. 30th:
Dear Seller,
Your account is currently under review as we believe that your account or a related account may have been used to engage in deceptive or illegal activity that harms customers and our store.
(Amazon then asks for various documents they want to see over a phone verification video call...completed Feb 7th)
this notice ends with this: After your verification interview is complete, we will review the results and respond with the outcome within 5 business days.
The next notice from Amazon (also on Feb. 7th) says thank you for the video call, now send in all info: so all documents provided, all 3 products in question the manufacturer confirmed authentic and provided a LOA
Currently every 3-5 days receiving this notice from Amazon:
We are currently reviewing your appeal. We understand the importance of resolving this matter as soon as possible and are working diligently to provide you with a resolution. It may take us 3 business days to complete our review and provide you with a final decision. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
We have thousands in FBA products not available for sale, being held by Amazon; we have huge payments being "held in reserve", and we have pallets that cannot be sent in, as FBA shipments are on hold.
all metrics are healthy and good
can an Amazon rep please look and get us a resolution?

I see that you have provided information from the performance notification you have received. Can you provide a screen shot of the entire performance notification from 01/30/2024 and 02/07/2024 so we can better assist you.

I understand that your products, funds and shipments are on hold. Have you received any updates from the team about this issue?

I see that you have mentioned that you don't have for the actual issue but do you have a different case ID you are able to provide?

I understand you have recently have completed an video verification interview and submitted documents requested by Amazon and have yet to receive an update.
Received this March 14th, 17th, and 20th:

At this time, it does appear there have been an influx of situations such as the one you are experiencing.
