If I need to sell products like Inflatable Snorkel Vest（Snorkeling Jackets）, do I need UL certification? Amazon policy: Starting September 30, 2024, if Amazon requires you to submit product compliance documents, you must submit these documents and get approval before you can list the product. Will such Inflatable Snorkel Vest products be caught Compliance Personal flotation devices (PFDs) when they are listed？
Such products are not professional snorkeling equipment. I am not sure whether UL certification is required. I hope you can help answer this question. Thank you
