Anyone Else Seeing a Spike In "Defective"?
I've seen quite a bit more "DEFECTIVE" dispositions in the past week. All of these items left my warehouse in perfect condition, using Amazon Partnered Carrier.
Do we have any recourse here? Support seems to think the defective bucket is the final gotcha for warehouse mishandling/damages Amazon doesn't want to accept responsibility for.
Any advice/help is greatly appreciated

Yes, I have been. One return customer said they bought by mistake. Now it's "Defective"?
I've never gotten any Defective and now have 5 ASINs. Somethings is amiss
