Account deactivation due to product Inauthenticity complaint
Hi team, my account has been deactivated due to product inauthenticity complaint done by one of the competitor. now i have tried many times to reactivate my account by submitting the invoices but now amazon is not accepting even my appeal and not invoices
I uploaded legal invoice, proof of purchase directly I bought from Brand and brand authorized store, and all invoices included my last 365 days sales

"Store" usually implies Retail. Did you source from a retailer (therefore have a receipt, not a proper invoice)? Or did you source from a proper wholesale supplier, that required your business and tax info before allowing you to purchase?
Even from a proper distributor, you may need permission from the brand; do you have permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their items on Amazon?

Hello @Seller_NVVYl7lMSHI59,
Thank you for reaching out. I hope all is well.
As you have mentioned, I understand that your account has been deactivated due to authenticity complaints.
Per our best practices in product authenticity and quality policy, all sellers must follow federal, state and local laws and amazon policies, and to provide our customers with authentic items. By selling inauthentic products, the trust between buyers, Amazon, and your business is called into question.
Do your invoices meet amazon’s requirements? What steps have you taken to verify your submission to our criteria? Invoices are going to demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured.
The requirements are:
•Must be issued in the last 365 days
•Must match the sales volume in the last 365 days
•Must have your supplier’s information such as their name, address, phone number and email address
•Must have the seller’s information that matches the information in seller central when you registered to sell
•Upload the documents in pdf, png, gif, or jpg
As @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw has mentioned,
It is very important to have a letter of authorization to sell on amazon. It demonstrates that you have permission from the brand owner to sell their products. In this case, to reinstate your account, you will need to submit invoices but I would like to share the letter of authorization requirements for future reference.
•'Licensor'–The company/brand providing the rights to intellectual property
•'Licensee'–The company/brand receiving the rights to use the intellectual property.
•‘Grant’–The intellectual property being licensed and the scope of rights granted
•‘Geographic Scope’–The specific territory or territories where use is authorized (may be worldwide)
•‘Term’–The duration of the authorization (may be perpetual)
The forums community and I are here to assist you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns from this point forward.
Best wishes,
