How to remove pending return if customer accidentally asked for a return

Can anyone help advise how to remove a return request which was accidentally requested. The customer immediately emailed and said the return had been in error and they want to keep the item but they have not removed the return request. I have contacted them a number of times to ask them to undo the request but they have not. It is not possible to remove the return request from my end. Seller Central are unable to help and advise me to contact the customer again but I dont want to keep bothering them. This is now 2 months old and is constantly flagged on my account as pending so I want to get it removed. Any ideas?

They can contact Amazon customer services on 0800 79 7234 or use the contact us link to remove the return request.

Ive got one on my system for a lot longer - 107 days ago.

Ive also had a return after 90 days - but as customer made the initial request within the 30 days Amazon allows this is acceptable in Amazon eyes.

You can filter the date range you see on the Manage Returns screen.

I simply ignore it and deal with the returns as I get them.
