DE, FR and ES accounts deactivate due to section 3 violation

Amazon has deactivated our primary DE, FR and ES account since 2020 due to violation of Section 3. However other accounts has remained active since.

In Jan 2020 we created a secondary selling account. But in Feb 2020 we closed the secondary account as we did not required it.

But then in June 2020 our primary DE, FR and ES accounts got deactivated due to violation of Section 3.

Since, we closed the secondary account there is no access to this account. Even trying to login to seller central on DE site does not recognise our registered email address either.

I have provided all the proofs to amazon since last 5 years regarding no access to any other account since it was closed but I keep getting same bog-standard responses from the team. I am now fed-up and want to get some help on how I can contact Amazon by phone to make them understand that we do not have any secondary account now and therefore Section 3 violation does not apply. Account specialist who calls me just do not know anything on how to best appeal the case, nor they have enough information on the account. They are those typical overseas seller central people who are untrained and do not have much authority.
