Suppliers Supplier Invoice
Has anyone figured out how to get ungated for brands when they're asking for suppliers suppliers invoice? My invoices are 100% legit from reputable stores but I keep getting rejected with the feedback being "need suppliers supplier invoice."
All 3 brands are in completely different niches but all the feedback is the same. These stores will not provide their suppliers invoice so not sure what to do. Anyone able to figure this out?

You need to be buying from wholesale distributors, NOT "stores". If you buy from a retail store, you get a RECEIPT, not an invoice. You need an invoice to get things approved, and in the cases where you can get ungated without an invoice, you'll still need a true invoice as soon as there is any question of your item's authenticity (as simple as a customer return stating "not what I expected").
A reputable authorized distributor can show that they are buying directly from the brand. If they cannot provide this info, then it's not a supplier you want to use.

You need to provide two things you obviously don't have:
1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.
2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner. If you buy on the WEBSITE of a brand, you get a receipt and not an invoice.

Hello @Seller_NOrFiy5j6j32m,
Thanks for reaching out. I see that your fellow sellers have given you some great information. You may find this post helpful as well, as it provides some information on how to help improve your chances of approval. If you have a relationship directly with the brand, ask them to add you to their Brand Registry, which will allow you to sell their items.
I hope this is helpful!
Regards,
Michelle
