VTR (Valid Tracking Rate)
Hi,
My VTR (Valid Tracking Rate) Is under 95% as I forgot to input the correct shipping service. I downloaded the list of incorrect tracking orders and now replaced them with the correct USPS codes from my warehouse and wondering when it will be updated.

More Info
Our warehouse first creates a local code and then converts it to a USPS code. For some of our orders we forgot to input the USPS code. We have updated all of the orders with the correct USPS tracking information from our warehouse. These orders can all be tracked and have been delivered already

Hello @Seller_HMSQD63cf403A,
Thank you you posting.
Regarding the valid tracking rate and updating the information it will depend if the orders were still in transit. As mentioned by @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl if an order has already been delivered, updated the tracking will not have an effect on the rating. If you identify an issue prior to shipment or while still in transit, updating the tracking "may" correct the valid tracking rate. This information can be confirmed in our valid tracking FAQ help page:
- Make sure to confirm the tracking information as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier, before the Ship by date. In case of error while entering tracking information, update the package tracking information, preferably within 24 hours of ship-confirmation. Tracking information confirmed or updated after the package is delivered to the customer will not be considered valid.
As noted in the help page, it is preferred to update the incorrect information as soon as possible to ensure the system sees the correct details. This help page does also go on to state that some updates can take 72 hours to reflect. Otherwise as @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl also mentioned identifying the issue and correcting them, along with having a process to prevent this type of situation will ensure this rating continues to improve.
