No Help From Amazon

Anyone Know how to get in contact with the highest help department because the regular help department (chat, phone, email) either doesn't know how or is refusing to help me for several weeks now. My items are showing "not available" on the amazon website. They are showing "active" on the seller central portal. An identity and payment verification was requested. I have done that several times since May 2024 (its now July 2024). I received an email from Amazon stating that they have received my documents and have verified my account and I can resume selling. Several weeks later now and I still can not sell. Now amazon is sending me emails saying that they are going to close my account because of inactivity BUT AMAZON IS NOT LETTING ME SELL, so I don't know what else to do. There has to be another way to contact the top department that can actually help me. PLEASE HELP. (my account health shows good, no violations etc. its green.) It appears the verification box is stuck there for the last several weeks, eventhough It's been completed several times and completion verification email sent to me from amazon.
