Hello
A buyer has submitted an A to Z claim saying the order never arrived, even though there is clear photographic proof f delivery. The claim was granted and the appeal was also denied. Is anyone able to help with this?
I think it's ridiculous how amazon don't even bother to check the facts and just give customers a refund even though they have received the product!!

Photos don't matter.
Amazon expect a signature and even then will normally side with the customer.
Only solace you can take is we are all in the same boat. If the appeals been denied, you can email managingdirector@, then look at mediation, then do a letter before action to Amazon UK, followed by small claims.
I get these every now and again. Fully tracked with GPS location and delivery photo.
You totally lose out as Amazon finds in the buyers favour and your courier denies any claim because it has been delivered.
If you get a signature it is in theory easier to win an A-Z. However if someone else other than the recipient signs for it this can be problematic. Also the added cost of getting a signature on each delivery can be larger than the A-Z losses you get.
I have sadly just added in as another expense when it happens. I appeal to Amazon just for the sake of it but never win.

We get this ALL the time now. We have all the evidence in our favour and never win an A-Z (we used to win all the time a few years ago). It is really disgusting that Amazon let these scammers proliferate. We cut down on most of the expensive items on Amazon and mostly sell cheap items here now. The scammers are getting more and more and even the stupid ones are winning as Amazon is just giving them their money back no matter what. Scammers will always scam but Amazon never backs up the seller these days. I usually email the managing director if its serious, but do it several times until you get a human to look at it.
