fraudulent customer
We had a customer who was granted an a-z stating they did not receive their package. The package was at the post office waiting to be picked up. The delivery window is still one week away, so this package was not even close to being late. Of course, the claim was granted and the customer received a full refund. Two days later the customer went and picked the piece up. I appealed to amazon but of course received no response other that they were so good hearted not to have the claim count against me!!!!! Does anyone have any idea how we can get paid from these fraudulent scammers I would really appreciate some advice.

Do you know why it wasn't "delivered"?? i.e., why was it at the PO? Were 2 attempts made by your carrier? Honestly though, I'm not sure how to avoid this if its a scam. I've read about others experiencing this too. What a frustrating nightmare. Was it UPS by any chance?

Would you mind sharing the Case ID/Order ID so I can look into this?
Looking forward to your response.
