product images do not match with the brand present on the brand application

For more than 6 months, I have submitted my brand application more than 7 times, and their answer is always “ product images do not match with the brand present on the brand application.” I feel deeply insulted because I have a Ph.D. degree but still cannot understand their meaning! Of course, my product images showed clearly my trademark approved by USPTO--- “HailOut”. I attached these images. Can anyone provide me with some insight because I cannot file a complaint about these meaningless answers from the brand application department? Thank you!

Hello @Seller_vI7VNeJvqtDAE,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist. Brand Registry enrollment can be difficult and frustrating when everything looks correct on your end and you are still getting rejected. Normally I ask for a case ID so I can review the specifics, but since you provided your brand name, I was able to find what I think is your application rejection.

I see you TM and the images that you attached and circled the brand name on and yes, they do align. The issue I found in your application is you are listing a sample ASIN that is not of the brand you are applying for. This part of the application is optional (you can leave it blank) and is for products you are already selling on Amazon that are of the brand you are trying to enroll. You can find this in the Amazon Brand Registry Application Guide. This topic is specifically discussed on page 5 Section 3.2.

Hope this clears everything up and please let me know if you have any other questions.

Best of luck on your next application!

Best, Dougal
