Can't create a new listing
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue when trying to add a product listing for a 250 ml, 30-Pack Soft Drink. When I attempt to create the listing, I cannot proceed past the “Continue” button. I’ve checked the required fields, but I am unable to move forward.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Any guidance or steps I need to follow to complete the listing would be greatly appreciated.

Michelle at Amazon here. Before you can start to create listings and fully activate your account, you must first provide your Tax ID. Once you are logged into your Seller Account, you can click on this link, which will guide you through the Tax profile page where you will provide this information. If you still have issues after providing this information, reach out to Seller Support so they can take a look.
If you need additional assistance after contacting Seller Support, create a New Discussion and select Account Setup so that the team can take a look.
