Fasle Product Safety Issue
We seem to be stuck in a never ending loop with Amazon Seller Support regarding the removal/suppressions of our listings.
Amazon are claiming there is a product safety issue with a product, however the manufacture of the product has confirmed in writing their is no safety issue and never has been a safety issue.
No one at Amazon has been able to advise the reason for the listing being taken down.
Why is it so difficult for a human to review an issue rather than AI responses that do not work.
