Invalid charge method > account deactivated > several appeals > no resolution

I see that you are helping British_Wax with the exact same issue we are facing. I would be so grateful if you're able to help us. We have lodged so many cases, tried 3 different card methods and keep on coming back to the same issue 'invalid charge method'. We have been going around in circles for months now and have finally received an email from FBA saying that we have until 18th September to change our settings to return inventory otherwise it will be disposed of. Firstly I would like to reactive my account, but if I can't do this by the date above, I need to ensure my inventory is not disposed of (but to access these settings I need to reactivate my account) - so again going around in circles. These are the cases I have logged, with no resolution at all. The cases keep on getting closed as they have been 'answered' but not actually helped. As you can see, this issue has been since the 12th June and I have been trying repeatedly to get help. Please can you try to help us?
