In 2 months, a customer ordered a product 4 times, and each time the customer claimed the refund and amazon approved each refund everytime. Now the customer ordered 5th time the same product after getting 4 refunds.

also the same customer gave me bad review, if the product is that bad that you have to refund it each time and give negative feedback. Then why order for 5th time? It seems someone from competitor.
Please guide me accordingly.
