Removal order took 100 days but still PENDING status
Hello everyone,
I have an ASIN with a removal order (ID: 24062419TE) that has been stuck in pending status for over 100 days. Additionally, I have 20 units with this ASIN in unfulfillable inventory, but they are not available for removal either.
I’ve opened multiple cases regarding this issue (Case IDs: 16463335501, 16480285191, 16346224651) and keep receiving the same response: "It can take up to 90 days plus additional processing time."
This has already exceeded the expected timeline, and I urgently need to resolve this issue.
Can anyone advise on what steps I should take next, or has anyone experienced a similar issue?
