Customer thinks I am responsible for them checking-out with the wrong delivery address?
I thought I'd share this fun experience I am having with a great "buyer" on this fine Monday morning.
We sold a customer an expensive GPS unit last week. Shipped it out same day and got return request from the customer while the order was in transit to them with a return comment of "I've shipped this to the wrong address."
We all make mistakes, but unfortunatley at that point the carrier already had the parcel out for delivery, nothing I can do. I instructed them to reach out to Amazon to see if they would provide any further guidance. I also asked if they knew someone at the address so they can return the unit and repurchase it or better yet, forward it to the address they meant to have it sent to.
They ignored that message and went straight to claiming that I was responsible for giving them a refund.
Hahahaha, I guess sellers are responsible for the errors of buyers? These people have got to grow up.
This one gave me a good laugh, in the end I instructed them to open an A-Z claim and hope for the best.

I had someone order from Key West Florida, using a PO Box, then contacted me when she didn't receive it. I told her it was delivered to her PO Box. She accused me of shipping it to her PO Box in the middle of summer with all the traffic, instead of to her home address.
I told her it was the address that was provided, & I don't get to pick the address. She still insisted it was my fault, & wanted one shipped to her home address ASAP, because its not easy to park near the Post Office this time of year.
There are all kinds on here. Many people give me the wrong address, and I cant understand how they survive in the world, but here we are. Thanks for the story!
