How can I get access to our funding and representation account?

Our account was closed in September 2021 due to an infringement complaint received by the account ASIN. Has been closed for over 4 months. Although we have gone through many appeals. But all were rejected.
Now, our account has no channel to appeal? How should we proceed with the appeal?
In addition, the payment can be obtained 90 days after the account is frozen, and now it has been more than 130 days, and the payment team still has not paid us. (Even if we received the complaint of ASIN infringement, we have already refunded all of them according to POA, and the current account funds are the sales of our other products), but the payment team replied that they would not pay us. Does Amazon have the right to withhold our funds? How should we claim our funds back?
