Can Delayed/cancelled Disbursement be reinitiated?
So my disbursement was delayed because a credit card had expired, I updated it like 15 minutes after getting the email. Contacted amazon seller support to see if there was anything I can do about the disbursement where I wouldn't have to wait another 2 weeks.
The agent indicated once the new credit card is "updated into the system" I could request an emergency disbursement or an exception, he indicated It would take 24-48 or even up to 72 Hours, and to call back then.
Is anyone familiar with this? Is there a specific amazon legalese term for this? I was looking on the help section but couldn't find anything. The issue is the agent I spoke with was an American, and he was able to understand my issue and help best he could, but now I'm getting the overseas call centers, and you know how that goes. Just wondering if there was a keyword or proper terminology I could use to speak to someone in the right department or knowledgeable on the issue when I call.

Be sure you put the new card into your BUYER side account as well because if THAT side is expired you will continue to have problems.

Good Afternoon @Seller_qJXoMTLjoHd1j, Thanks for reaching out to us on the Seller Forums. Were you still interested in learning about quicker disbursements?
I believe the Selling Partner Support rep might have been referring to Express Payout or Disburse on Demand, which allows a seller to request a payout manually by clicking the Request Payment button on the Payments Dashboard and would disburse funds within 3 to 5 business days, unless concurrently enrolled in Express Payout.
Feel free to let us know on this discussion if you have anymore questions. Have a great weekend. Cheers, Cooper_Amazon
