How to get a refund for missing returns?

EVRI and Royal Mail have lost 4 of my customers returns, I cannot find a way to claim.

Amazon say I have to claim from Royal Mail and EVRI myself.

EVRI and Royal Mail say I cannot claim because I am not the account holder?

What to do?

Indeed - a well known issue. There used to be a forum member who said that you could get around the Evri issue by providing their chatbot with a none Amazon parcel that had been lost by Evri (so you need them to lose another parcel before you can claim for these lost parcels).

But basically - the issue you have hit upon is a longstanding issue that amazon have been told about via the forums, but they haven't done anything about in I'd say over a year at this point.

@Maja_Amazon @Julia_Amazon @Winston_Amazon - any news on this regard?

Im also going round in circles trying to work out how to make a claim for a missing return with evri.
