My ASIN B07BFGC3ZL was already listed in FR pre-Brexit. It was inactive as we did not have stock in the EU. Now we have finally managed to restock this ASIN in the EU. All markets are active with this SKU except FR (which needs reactivation) but seller support is saying I do not have permission to relist this SKU in FR.

However it is already listed - it just needs activation. I think Seller Support have misunderstood the problem.

Without an active FR listing we cannot avail Pan-EU FBA fees. We are currently on EFN on this ASIN which is much more expensive. We have had to increase our costing which is unfair to the customers.

Please help!
