We are reaching out to the community for urgent assistance regarding an account suspension that has now been ongoing for over 9 months. Despite submitting multiple appeals and providing all required documentation—including invoices, authorization letters, payment proofs, and official company documents—we have consistently received automated rejections without clear explanations.

Our main concern is that:

Previously accepted invoices have now been rejected without reason.

Despite informing Amazon multiple times about unauthorized sellers on our listing, our account was suspended for alleged authenticity concerns.

Our inventory has been stuck, and we have not been able to sell even a single unit since the listing went live.

We have reached out through every official channel, including cases and appeals, but have not received any manual or detailed feedback that addresses our concerns.

Hi There,

Have you received any response? Amazon australia health team seems unprofessional and support is non existent. We sell in multiple markets and have quite huge portfolio in our country of residence. But they suspended our account in Asutralia where we stopped selling long ago. Eventually it also impacted our UK account as they require amazon australia to be activated to continue selling in UK. So we provided all and even additional documents. But they are rejected without letting us know what else is required or what seems incorrect. It seems rather remote teams working like robots are sitting in amazon health team and they do not want to resolve sellers issues in actual.
