Invoice requirements - providing two invoices

Hi all,

As we know one of the requirements for clearing an invoice is to have 10 units of that product you're applying to sell on the invoice.

On some occasions with a particularly good deal you see the quantity is limited per customer by the supplier. My question to approval managers is this:

Is it possible to get cleared having uploaded two invoices, provided all other criteria are cleared, with quantities totalling 10 units of the same product between two(or multiple invoices)?

Kind regards,

Beibit

Based on how Amazon is using AI to ungate these days, if the documents don't meet Amazon's requirements exactly, then it's probably not going to work.

Hi @Seller_j8X1EC0DBlzjV,

Thanks for bringing this inquiry to the forums!

You are allowed to provide more than one invoice where the overall quantity equals 10. However, @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7 does make a good point around the possibility of it being denied if the investigator managing your gating case doesn't realize there is more than one invoice.

My suggestion would be to provide as much information as possible during the application process:

  • Let the investigation team know as soon as possible that you will be providing two invoices that will show the quantity adding up to 10.
  • Try and and combine both invoices into one PDF if possible.
  • Highlight the item as well as he quantity on each invoice to indicate that there will be more than one location where quantity is shown.

Additionally, you can provide me with your application case/ID so I can help follow up and ensure your invoices are processed properly.

Hopefully, this helps!

Tatiana

Amazon requires invoice/s for all units which been proceed through FBA or FBM for the past 365 days. So, if you sold 50 units, you need invoice/s for at least 50 units. We had a lot of issues with approvals and managed to understand how to overcome approvals. If you need help, PM me.
