Fufillment by Merchant - Can my return shipping policy be altered?

Currently, when a customer buys one of our products, and for a no product related reason decides to return it. Why is it that we must return the entire cost they paid, EVEN shipping. Can I change this? I'm sorry but this isn't very fair. Can I set a different return policy?

No, you can't. Not offering returns is not an option on Amazon. I highly recommend you provide accurate photos and accurate descriptions of your product so that you have leverage in the event you are charged for a buyer faulted return. Also make sure that you use Amazon buy shipping to ensure INR coverage although that is honestly not guaranteed these days. Still, it is way better to be eligible for INR coverage than it is to not be.
