Placed test orders for counterfiet goods, Now my account is suspended.
So my account got suspended today...
"Your Amazon.co.uk seller account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Conduct that harms other sellers, customers, or Amazon, such as placing fake orders to hold another seller’s inventory, violates Amazon policies. This includes, but is not limited to, placing fake orders to hold a competitor’s inventory. I own a brand and some other people were selling counterfeits of the brand (washing up gloves). I reported this to Amazon and they took no action. Account Support said I need to to test orders and provide my order ID's, which I did.
Now my account has been suspended for the reasons above.
I have explained this in my appeal, to which they have replied that I did not address the issues stated on my account health page (There is nothing on my account health page), When I asked for clarity, I got the same automated email back asking for the information on my account health page!!!!
Does anyone have any suggestions?

So the purchases you made were people selling your exact product under your brand? or rebranding the same product as theirs?

Bypass SS and go straight to the MD as you have done what SS told you and been booted off as a result.
