EU VAT declaration for UK Sellers
I am a UK seller and registered for VAT in France. Amazon pays VAT on my behalf there.
However, when I imported my stock from the UK to France, I had to pay VAT and duties. Where can I claim the VAT back?
Where can I find a report that shows how much VAT Amazon has paid on my behalf in France?
So far, we have been filing a "zero" VAT return for France, but I am not sure if this is correct.
