I am getting orders from Brazil but there are problems

I am getting orders from Brazil, but none of my orders have the buyer's CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Fisicas)? Apparently this is required. Not one of my orders has this. I have asked customer's for this and get no response. Should I just cancel these orders? We readily ship all over the world but why isn't Amazon asking for the CPF number?

Also, Amazon is not providing shipping labels to Brazil. Nothing. We're having to go off site which means no guarantees. Is there something wrong in our settings which is preventing us from getting Amazon shipping labels - just for Brazil?

My advice is to cancel those orders. Remove all listings (active or inactive) from that platform, and put it on vacation. Disable synchronization or BIL (Build International Listings)

You will continue to face this problem, and messaging buyers isn't going to work.

Yes, cancel the orders (email the buyers first & explain) and put Brazil on vacation. There are reports of packages being rejected w/o the number.
