Documents in Russian

Does Amazon accept documents in Russian? I realized Amazon has a subpar support chat system; they don't know their own policies. Didn't answer my single question properly.

"Does Amazon accept documents in Russian? "

With all the sanctions still in place, why would they, and why would you want to deal with any items from there?

Even if you can successfully create an account, Amazon will NOT pay you any money. These are international sanctions in place against Russian citizens.

Hi @Seller_PAguvHSVR90ff

Connor from Amazon here, for verification purposes, depending on the issue, the support and accepted documents have to be in:

Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese. If your documents are not in a supported language, you must submit a notarized translation in a supported language along with the original document.

You can review the requirements on this page.

If you are in the US and have Russian language document, you'll need a translator. Translator must sign printed translation in front of notary and show proof of his identity. Then notary will notarize it.

If you in Russia, they may have a translator at office and will translate and notarize for you.

Depending on your situation this process may be quick and easy or complicated and time consuming.

I wish you the best.
