Frustrated beyond belief

I received 2 notifications that two products I was selling had an Amazon restricted chemical as part of the ingredients.

This is not the case and I have sent them ingredients listings and COSHH data sheets relating to both products, to no avail.

I purchased the products directly from the sole manufacturer and they have not been sourced from anywhere other than the UK manufacturer....the chemical in this case has been banned in the UK since 2022.

does anyone know of a course of action i can now take to escalate this issue as I have appealed three times and the non chemists within Amazon just do not listen/care/understand.

did the product contain the now banned ingredient previously?

it might be worth asking Seller Support what other EAN/UPC are associated with the ASIN

Just in case the current asin is the result of a merge (and one of the other ASIN contained the banned ingredient before).
