A+ content not allowing trademark symbol on packaging
Hi,
I am trying to submit my new A+ content and I keep getting the messages "these keywords violate or community guidelines. I went through all the keywords in the section which was a lot because it is a comparison chart and couldn't find any of the keywords that would be problematic. Then I say that after that error message, very very tiny is a Registered Trademark mark, the R in the circle.
Our packaging of course has that on the company name. Our brand is registered with Brand Registry, I am the brand owner on record and the name is of course trademarked. How do I rectify this? Can I not show the packaging of the product we sell? I can send a screen shot.
Our logo is prominent in the A+ content and it also has the R in the circle and that was not tagged. So it is very confusing.

Hi @Seller_9fY6PN7In6zI5, The following statement in this help page may be relevant to your situation:
"Trademarks and copyright symbols (TM, ®, © ) are acceptable if they’re of reasonable size and either already included on product packaging or always displayed as part of the logo or both. Stand-alone symbols otherwise are never allowed. Any trademark or copyright symbols must be removed from text copy."
