My account has been disabled
I am a new seller. I received more orders for my first product on 08.22.24 compared to the previous days. The next day, I saw with sadness that my account was disabled. I complied with all the policies. I read all the policies. I paid close attention to the supply invoice. Everything I have is invoiced and documented. But why was it disabled?

That would be explained in the notice that Amazon sent you. Without seeing that, no one here can help.
Post your notice (redact personal info), and perhaps someone can help you decipher it.

So it was an IP complaint.
In that case, you need your invoice, and for many brands, your written Letter of Authorization FROM THE BRAND.
What were you selling? Where did you source it? Do you have authorization FROM THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon?
And again, it would be helpful if you actually posted the notice that Amazon sent you.

An "IP Complaint" covers a lot of ground. Any infringement on trademarks, patents, authorization, misleading advertising or statements; any of that falls under the broad category of "IP Complaint". While true that some violations may be criminally prosecutable and others not, it's still an complaint about the rights holders IP being violated or mis-used.
Be as absurdly pedantic as you like, but regardless of how you want to label it, you need to verify that you are authorized to sell the product in question.
It might help if you actually posted your suspension notice here, rather than making everyone guess at what the problem is and then going "Gotcha! That's not the problem!"

Hello @Seller_RvvJAXqYQWQh7,
Thank you for posting here on the Forums.
From what you have shared so far, I see that your account has been disabled and you have questions as to why.
You mentioned that the issue is regarding potentially counterfeit products. Can you share the exact type of complaint? example: received IP, product authenticity customer complaint, supply chain request, etc.
To resolve any authenticity concerns you must provide invoices that come from an authorized source for the brand and that meets out document requirements below:
- Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured
- These documents:
--Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
--Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
--Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
- Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
- You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
If the invoice does not meet one of the requirements above or the supplier is unable to be verified for any reason, your submission may be rejected.
I also suggest to review the following help page about invoice requirements so you may check yours against it:
--Invoice requirements for appealing a policy violation
When did you submit your invoices last? Can you share the most recent performance notification you received, so I may provide further guidance on this?
Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please respond here for additional guidance. We are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan

No, sorry; that's not the way it works.
For criminal prosecution, yes; but that's not what Amazon is doing. All they are doing is suspending the account until evidence is provided to them that the items are authentic, at least enough to give them plausible deniability in case they really are fake.
Of course they aren't. Amazon is one of the most closely watched companies in the country, by politicians and others wanting to catch them doing something wrong. Which is why they WON'T risk being a party in selling of counterfeit goods. Once they are assured that the items are legit, they'll have no problem. But there is no law that states that they MUST sell items that they are not sure of.
You seem to think you know the law very well. Why are you selling here and not running a million dollar law firm? And do you really think that Amazon doesn't have a rather large legal team paying attention to things like this?

Nice. So you are putting your threats to cause direct harm to me in a public forum! Brilliant.
@KJ_Amazon @Atlas_Amazon@SEAmodCan we document that this poster is threatening me please?
Pretty sure this violates forum policy. Possibly even some laws.

Go to your Performace Notifications and post the original suspension message that Amazon sent you. Remove any personal info. Anyone that is going to be able to tell you exaclty what is wrong and what you need to do is going to need to see the wording that Amazon used.
