shipping ups

I'm new to the FBA shipping. I have printed off 1 label and had it shipped successfully, however, 2 days later the label was different and neither UPS or USPS will accept it. I have no doubt that I am at fault, but I can't find a way to get the proper shipping label. Please help.

Each FBA inbound shipment needs 2 labels -- an FBA label and a shipping carrier label (UPS Ground). I suspect that you chose non-partnered carrier and then just printed the FBA label.

You should go back to your shipment and choose 'Small Parcel Delivery partnered carrier" then fill in the dimension and weight of the inbound box.
