My account for USA deactivate and for 3 months is saying verifying I submitted all documents needed

My Account was deactivated in the United States but not in other countries. I get an email that is asking me to verify my seller identity . Each time I click the link in the email it sends me to a web page that does not let me verify my identity. I then get another email with the same request. Basically an endless loop. I can not contact support by chat because my account is deactivated. Any help appreciated.

@Seller_z0FMpejO9pwOj I had the same thing happened to me. What worked for me is the following: I switched to the store that was not deactivated like I wanted to verify my seller identity from this store, and I resubmitted my verification Id under this store to reset the verification process and it worked!
