Bulk Image Upload - Not Allowing Zip Files

We have been having an issue with the Bulk Image Upload feature lately, it refuses to take any kind of zip file we upload, regardless of how the files are named or how many images are included. Below are two of the different error messages received during this process. I do not believe it is an issue with the images themselves as anytime we upload a single image it works correctly, it is only when trying to upload a zip for images in bulk.

Thanks for reaching out with your concerns with your Zip files not uploading. Just for clarity I can see that the first screen shot that the image file is not named correctly as it doesn't have a variant code.

If you are still having this issue however after updating that please let me know and provide your most recent Seller Support case and I can see what escalation options I can offer. Thank you for your understanding.
