Update my listing failure for "claimed by another brand representative"
I would like to update title, color, style and other common attributes for listings that I have created, I own, and am brand registered for.
Updates to not process despite delete and relist, and attempting to contact seller support. I get this reply from amazon " After a review, we’ve determined that the attribute you would like to update for this ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand."
Please help me understand this. I have even logged into the main account to make updates directly instead of using my secondary user login but this only worked for some items. I have outstanding changes that have not gone through and amazon will keep sending me the same reply.

I am afraid you would need to contact Seller Support to find out why you are not able to change the listings.
Let us know what they say, from there we can work maybe a little better to help you on the forums.
