well you haven’t tagged any mods in so no one from Amazon will see this post.
Secondly no one from Amazon will contact you. There could be several reasons for payment not coming through- have you raised a case with seller support?

As above reply from @Seller_k2X0L9mVRT0pW - you need to tag mods for them to see your post, and as said, no-one will call you unless your request a call back via seller Support.
Are you aware of the DD+7 policy ? - where payments are withheld for a period.
