I received my EIN information from the IRS on July 1. However, when I entered my information into Seller Central, I encountered an error stating that my information does not match with IRS records. I want to clarify that I have entered the information 100% correctly. The support team redirected me to the IRS.
Do you have any experience or advice that could help me with this issue? Also, do you think it would be necessary for me to hire a lawyer for this concern?

I have the exact same issue! I even sent them the PDF that the IRS sent me, it shows that my info is entered correctly and they redirected me as well, very unhelpful...

We have had the same issue for years. We have a single member LLC and it does not work with the Amazon system it makes you use your SS number instead of the EIN
