Understanding FBA Return Fees
Hey!
I'm trying to determine the total cost I pay for customer returns and just wanted to be sure I understand the various fees. For non-apparel/jewelry items, what are sellers typically charged for?
Example 1: Customer returns unwanted or accidentally ordered item in original packaging.
Example 2: Customer returns unwanted or accidentally ordered item that is customer damaged.
Example 3: Item is defective
Based on these, could anyone share their understanding on fees regarding refund admin, return shipping, restocking, and disposal/removal? Also, is the removal fee the same whether you select Liquidations, Return-to-Address, or Dispose?
I haven't found a very clear document regarding all this, so I'd appreciate any insight!
