Struggling with Product Authenticity Complaint

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address our ongoing struggle with the product authenticity complaint. Despite our efforts to provide comprehensive information, our appeal has been repeatedly rejected. We seek your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Here's a summary of the appeal process:

1. Violation Date: November 28, 2023.

2. Initial Appeal: We promptly appealed the violation, attaching all relevant invoices. Unfortunately, the appeal was rejected, citing a discrepancy between the invoice generation date and the date on the invoice.

3. Communication with Supplier: To address this issue, we contacted our supplier and received clarification via email. Subsequently, updated invoices were obtained and submitted with the appeal, along with the communication from the supplier. Despite our efforts, the appeal was again rejected.

4. Supplier Verification: In response to feedback from your support team, we provided the best contact number and availability times for our supplier. Regrettably, this did not resolve the issue, and the team insisted that we lack sufficient information.

what else can we do please?

Most often suppliers of all types (Manufacturers, Brand, Distributors etc) do not really care to help too much with your issues with Amazon.

(speaking generally about sellers on Amazon, not necessarily your company specifically)

Unless you are the one and only designated Distributor for the product from your supplier, who is the Brand or has a letter of authorization from the Brand, they really have no desire to lift a finger to get themselves into some kind of dispute they don't understand between you and Amazon or other sellers.

In the past, sellers purchased the services of connected companies to make the issue go away.

Amazon even used to taut a $5k a month personal sales help person (we assume they didn't pay bribes tho....)

Now however, we hope, all those dubious and illegal options are gone.

If you can't get your supplier to help, time for a new supplier.
