Customer asks us to cancel an order 10 minutes after we purchased a label through amazon.
I pulled the order from the cage so it didn’t go out and I cancelled the shipping label and issued a refund.
The order is still sitting there saying it’s late and I am to ship the item or cancel…
I don’t have a cancel button?? Seller support keep telling me to just cancel, but as I explained now 4 times, I dont have the option to cancel the order

As you shipped it technically, I think you can just press the refund button ?!
Edit - sorry just seen it has been refunded ?!
Did you cancel the label before or after the refund ?
Are you using a linked RM account for CRL ?
Unfortunately this WILL hit your VTR. I had exactly I the same thing but no amount of explained to SS could get them to amend it. Luckily it was absorbed by order volume and eventually dropped off.
Yet another to avoid Amazon shipping if at all possible
I am confused. Once the seller marks the order as dispatched I have always understood the buyer receives an email via saying the order has been dispatched and the order can no longer be cancelled. Are we not saying we can cancel the order dispite paying for the prepaid label?
In additon to the above there will be a fee to pay (5%) and reclaiming any postage from the selected carrier subject to what service was selected to dispatch the order such as a tracked service or none tracked?
