A-Z Claim Cause By Canada Post Strike

Hello,

We resend the new products to the buyers after the Canada Post resumed work, but they still initiated an A-Z claim after they received it, and the buyers didn't receive the goods for a long time due to the strike behind the outgoing packages before November 15, they also initiated an A-Z claim, both of the above mentioned situations are unfair to our sellers, we hope when they get a refund by complaining about them. And in case the goods have been received, Amazon should remove the A-Z claim on the health of our account.

Hello @Seller_toVFa7JBvRH3E,

Thank you for reaching out regarding your A-to-Z claims concerns. For orders affected by Canada Post delays during Q4, we can assist with claim escalations. However, for orders shipped through other carriers like Cainiao, we are unable to process these escalations.

Please submit your Canada Post order numbers through Seller Support for review. Each case will need to include tracking information confirming Canada Post as the carrier.

For all other carriers, continue working with Seller Support through your Seller Central account.

Best regards,

Jurgen
