Pre paid labels in the EU
We sell into the EU through FBM and amazon provides pre paid labels to our EU return addresses. Some of the returns where amazon have provided the labels are sent with CELERITAS courier. they have lost the parcel and i have not receive this.
Does anyone know how I can go about filing a claim for the parcel lost?

if it’s the prepaid return label scheme, and it’s the same policy as the UK then for returns lost by the courier you are supposed to claim via the courier and refund the customer in full (if refund at first scan didn’t take place)
How you claim via the courier will depend on the courier, normally Amazon list a process in the hep pages, so you’d need to look at the APRL/Refund at First Scan pages for the relevant country.
Now, if it’s anything like the UK, actually claiming can vary between impossible and difficult!

So I contacted amazon seller support and they just provided the below link
https://sellercentral.amazon.es/help/hub/reference/GNFSYM62FBM4A4PA
Tried to follow the steps under heading 'What happens if the return is lost or damaged in transit?' but when it takes me to the Celeritas page but the link apparently does not work. No way to contact Celeritas so really stuck with this.......
