FBA Inventory Destroyed without notice
Just received email notice stating over $1079.40 of good sellable FBA inventory was disposed of.
Our return setting are return to seller???????? We would have paid to have the products returned to us.
Not really sure why this happened without our approval. All other damaged or non sellable products get returned to our warehouse weekly.

No help from Seller support. The case was decided no reimbursement. Support stated we switched the return setting to "Dispose of" then switched it back to "return to seller". Odd as we have set returns to "return to seller" on the beginning of our FBA journey and never changed it. All returns since 2017 were returned to our warehouse.
I requested a screenshot of the backend switches as we have never changed it.
